What Owners Ask Us
I received a change of operator notice.
When ACP Energy becomes the operator of a well, owners are notified of the change. A change of operator does not change your ownership interest. If you have questions about a notice, email owners@acpenergy.com and we will follow up.
How do I update my address or contact details?
Email owners@acpenergy.com with your owner number and the well or property name. We will confirm what we need to update your records.
Do you need a tax form from me?
Yes. Please keep a current IRS Form W-9 on file with us. Without one, payments may be subject to federal backup withholding.
Who do I contact about a payment or statement?
Email owners@acpenergy.com or call (701) 895-3674. Include your owner number, the well or property name and the statement date.
